Compression Connection

The compression connection is the core principle of GEBO products. A compression ring is pressed onto the pipe by tightening a union nut, creating a tight, detachable connection — without any welding, soldering or thread cutting.

Threaded Connection

Threaded connections use internal and external threads (according to ISO 7/1 or DIN EN 10226) to connect pipes and fittings. They are the classic solution in domestic installations and enable tight, detachable connections.

Flange Connection

Flange connections are used for larger pipe dimensions (from DN 65 / 2½" onwards). Two flanges are clamped together with bolts, with a gasket in between. GEBO offers compression connectors with flange outlet for the transition.

Repair Clamp

Repair clamps are used to seal leaks, cracks and porous areas on pipes. They are placed around the damaged pipe and tightened with bolts. An integrated seal presses onto the damaged area.

Tapping Saddle

Tapping saddles enable the subsequent addition of a branch to an existing pipe without cutting it. The saddle is placed around the pipe and provides a threaded outlet for connecting additional lines.

Soldered Connection

Soldered connections are mainly used for copper pipes. In soft soldering (up to 450 °C) or brazing (over 450 °C), solder is introduced into the gap between pipe and fitting. GEBO compression connectors offer a solder-free alternative.

Welded Connection

Welded connections permanently join pipes by fusing the material. They are the strongest type of connection, but require skilled personnel and are not detachable. GEBO compression connectors are often a faster alternative in repair situations.
