Torque Wrench
Torque wrench for controlled tightening. Recommended for larger GEBO connections and flange connections. Prevents over- and under-tightening.
- Controlled tightening of GEBO compression fittings (large dimensions)
- Tightening flange connections evenly
- Correct torques for threaded connections
- Documentation of tightening torque for test protocol
- Observe reference values (GEBO assembly instructions)
- Tighten flange bolts crosswise
- For small GEBO fittings: hand-tight + ¼ to ½ turn usually sufficient
- Have torque wrench calibrated regularly
